Wong Zeng Yi is the Assistant Managing Director of Enterprise Singapore, overseeing industry and enterprise development in Singapore’s manufacturing sector.

Prior to this, Mr Wong was the Assistant Managing Director of the Organisation and People Development Group in Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). He oversees the Organisation Development and Communications, Corporate Services, People Development and Legal Departments, as well as the MAS Academy. The Group synergises MAS’ efforts in transforming the organisation. Mr Wong previously headed Banking Department II that oversees foreign banks and finance companies, and houses the Financial Risk Specialist Division that undertakes technical supervision and risk surveillance. He also served in different functions in MAS, including financial centre development, international and supervision of capital market entities.

Mr Wong holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, a Master in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, and a Master of Philosophy in Finance from Cambridge University. He also graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a dual degree in Economics.
